Identification

Please ensure that your current firmware and software version is the following:

You can check the version numbers of your router by logging into the web interface and checking the 'home status' configuration page.

This upgrade will NOT successfully flash routers running other software versions. If performed on other firmware/software versions you may possibly render your router inoperable.

Firmware Instructions

• Download the upgrade file and unzip to your Hard Disk
• The IP address of the router needs to be set to default (10.0.0.2) and the username/password for the admin should be set to admin/conexant. These settings can be changed via the web interface.
• Allow the router to reboot and then wait 60 seconds
• Run CXUpxxxx.exe from the folder and follow the onscreen instructions
• Log back into the router and check your settings, and configure as necessary.
  -The interface will have changed, WAN/ADSL is configured by
  • clicking WAN (left handside menu)
  • clicking on Submit
  • entering your ADSL settings under the PPP section
  • click on the "submit" button at the bottom of the page, after the page has refreshed click on "save configuration."
