Identification
Please ensure that you have correctly identified the product you require
support for.
Firmware Upgrade (Silver Router)
- Download the file to your Hard Disk and uncompress it to a known location,
it should produce a .img file.
- Log onto your router via the Web Management interface.
- Click on 'Administration' and then 'Upgrade Firmware'.
- Use the 'Browse' button to select the .img file
- Click on upload and follow the instructions
- After rebooting check the status page to see your new Firmware version.

Firmware Upgrade (Black Router) NOT FOR ANNEX A - CHECK LABEL ON BOTTOM OF ROUTER
NOTE Flashing Annex A router with this firmware will cause the router to PERMANENTLY fail
- Download the file to your Hard Disk and uncompress it to a known location,
it should produce a .img file.
- Log onto your router via the Web Management interface.
- Click on 'Tools' and then 'Update Gateway'.
- Use the 'Browse' button to select the .img file
- Click on Update Gateway and follow the instructions
- After rebooting check the status page to see your new Firmware version.
