Drivers

Installation

Before installing the driver, please plug the USB-Serial into your PC system and connect your mouse / modem into the USB-Serial dongle.

1. Windows 98/2000/XP will automatically detect the new hardware while connecting the USB-Serial to the USB host port and start the following procedure to install.

2. Click the Next

3. Please insert the CD/Disk and click Next

4. The system will show the next figure, then click Finish

5. Windows 2000 and Xp will automatically and properly install this into the system. Windows 98 will repeat 1-4 again, then the installation will complete.

6. To make sure the installation was sucessful go to Control Panel - System -> Device Manager and see if there is a entry for "USB High Speed Serial Converter" under USB devices.
